Pupil Prefects

This is a new position that has been created this year for our P7s. The pupils were chosen because:

  • They have previously demonstrated great responsibility.
  • They are extremely trustworthy and can be relied upon to carry out tasks on behalf of the teacher and class.
  • They are also supportive to their fellow classmates and can act as the general class representative and the pupil voice.

Digital Leaders

  • Two pupils in each class from P4 - P7 are selected to become digital leaders.
  • Their role is to support their peers in learning new computer and iPad skills.
  • They also assist the teacher in keeping iPads updated and ready for use.

Student Council

  • The Student Council is elected each year by a secret ballot vote by their peers.
  • It is represented by one boy and one girl from each class in Primary 4 - Primary 7.
  • The aim of the Student Council is to give our pupils a voice. The pupils have really enjoyed contributing to the planning of their learning and our school development plan.
  • The pair of members from each class attends the meetings and then gives feedback to their class.
